Phoenix Construction (UK) Ltd was established in August 2005 by partners Pravin & Bhavik Bhudia.
With our office based in Northwest London, we tackle works and projects all over London, including central zones.

The company has grown significantly since its inception, and now including subcontractors constantly working with us, has a workforce of over 20 staff.

The extent of our works are very broad, we carry out most works throughout the construction industry, including;
Electrical, Plumbing, PAT Testing, Decorating, Dry-lining, Plastering, Tiling, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Glazing, Roofing, Structural, Carpentry, Heating, Power flushing, Drainage, Refurbishment, Alarms, CCTV and many more.

The company established it's name in 2006, when we started to gain access to maintenance contracts for estate agents in the Northwest London area. Agent and landlord satisfaction meant that we were always recommended and called back for future works. As our portfolio of clientele grew, we gained vast experience and started to employ more people than the original two. We now carry out works for 11 branches of estate agents and have a private roster of clients of over 300.

Our staff and owners have all the qualifications and experience to carry out all aspects of building works. We are also currently registered with NIC EIC, to carry out all electrical works in properties. We are also in the process of gaining our Gas Safe accreditation.

Our motivation is in the provision of outstanding customer satisfaction, knowing that satisfied customers will return to us time and time again.
